Reservation Check-In Policies

  • The Cabin Retreat has a 2 nights minimum stay on holiday weekends and during Christmas, Thanksgiving, and Valentine’s Day.
  • Reservation guaranteed with credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. A ($50.00 per night or a one-night deposit whichever is less before taxes). THE REMAINING BALANCE WILL BE CHARGED TO THE CREDIT CARD ON FILE 14 DAYS BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL.
  • To check in go straight to your cabin. We will provide cabin entry directions in your confirmation email. We are nearby so call us if you need assistance.
  • Check in is 6:00 PM and Check out is 2:00 PM.
  • *Failure to check out at 2:00 pm may result in an extra night’s charge.
  • Having more guests than detailed in the original reservation will result in extra charges.
  • Each reservation must list all guest over the age of 18 during the reservation process. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the reservation. If you have added or subtracted guests from your original reservation you may email or call us at any time before your stay.

The Cabin Retreat

The Cabin Retreat is located in beautiful Ashton Woods, Hardy County, West Virginia, with a magnificent view of God’s creation. In addition to planned retreats to be offered, The Cabin Retreat will be available for your retreat, luncheon, board meetings, or private lodging, The retreat can comfortably sleep 10-12 and host 25-30.
